SASA Team and Buddy Request Policy
Specific Team Requests and Buddy Requests (play on the same team as a friend) are permitted for U4 (born 2022) and U5 (born 2021) Players.
Team and buddy requests for U6 (born 2020) are only permitted if they player is new to soccer. U6 players that are not new to soccer, will not be allowed a specific team or buddy request.
Buddy/Team requests are NOT permitted for players U7 and up (born in 2019 or prior).
Buddy Request may not be guaranteed depending on roster sizes and availability.
All team/buddy requests must be submitted by June, 30, 2025.
If you are requesting your child to go back to the previous team they played on in Spring 2025, you do not need to complete a buddy request form. Please just select "Return to Previous Team" when completing your Fall 2025 Registration.
Only requests that are completed through this form will be considered.
