All SASA Coaches are volunteers and must register each seasonal year (Fall/Spring) to coach a team. They must complete a background check and online Safesport course each year.
Please Click the Link Below to Register as a Coach for the Fall 2023/Spring 2024 Seasonal Year. Anyone that will be on the sideline as a coach MUST complete this registration and additional requirements.
Fall 2023/2024 Coaches Registration
Background Checks will expire on May 31, 2024. Fall 2024/Spring 2025 Coaches Registration will be available starting June 1, 2024.
Additional Coaching Requirements
Once you complete the registration you will log in using the one you created for this link. This will bring you to your coach's profile. Once there click.

>Select “Details” background check.
Complete background check and submit.
Go back to REQUIREMENTS.
>Select “Details” on Safesport
Watch videos and take quiz, once complete you will need to access your completion certificate which will either, pop up automatically SAVE IT, or be emailed to you.
If you need to access the Certificate
Login to Gotsport
Go to Requirements
Click on Safesport > Login.
Click on MY Courses
Click on Completed Course
Click on Certificate Logo on Left side of Page and it will redownload your Certificate with Completion Code at bottom.
Copy and paste the code at the bottom of the certificate to the window under “Details” on the Safesport Selection just as you did to access the videos.
Paste Code and Select “CHECK RECORDS”
